Mum’s say

“A heartfelt  Thankyou  to Cyena for creating such a sacred, safe, beautiful space to honour this upcoming journey for our daughters. These workshops throughout the year left us feeling even extra connected as mother and daughter, as well connected to the sisterhood community around us. It was so heartwarming to see the girls excited and embracing their girlhood and inner goddess. An experience we will both cherish forever, and I would highly recommend anyone with young daughters to join your circles or workshops if they have the opportunity.

“Really lovely time carved out for my daughter and I. She is now prepared to have conversations and knows that I know where she’s at. You held space for each person in the room, a real credit to you, Cyena..”

“It helped us explore topics we hadn't covered yet in a supportive environment. We both aren't very ceremonious type people but it was nice to connect with others in a new way and have valuable mother & daughter bonding time. Thank you again for this experience."

“I feel it was valuable to both of us, it was special to have this time with her before her cycle starts to show that we all go through this crazy beautiful process and all the different approaches to it. It felt liberating to be able to have such an open discussion with so many lovely ladies and girls and I hope she has left feeling prepared for what is to come."

“So grateful for the privilege to join this workshop series, it was absolutely magical and sacred and just what we need in a society that lacks meaningful rites of passage.”
