Mother's & Daughter's Nurture Circle

You are invited to join Samford Red Tent in an afternoon especially for mothers and daughters to enjoy together in sacred space.  This will involve a lovely session in which each participant will be guided to give a non-invasive sensory experience to the other in a pleasant meditative space.  Couples will then reverse roles so that both mother and daughter can have the experience of giving and receiving.  This will be followed by a brief sharing circle and a light supper.

Saturday 21st October, 3.30-6.30pm.

This is an opportunity for you to
– connect with your mother/daughter through simple acts of nurturing
– find inspiration for ways in which you can create more rich mother/daughter relations
– have a relaxing, light, joy filled experience with each other!

To provide time for each woman to participate fully in this sharing experience and to encourage connection, the numbers are limited to 20 participants (10 mother/daughter pairs). Please book early if this sharing circle is calling you to avoid disappointment.

A light supper will be provided.

This event is a New Moon™ Circle open to women of all ages and their daughters of ages from 6yo+.

Dress for total comfort.

$40 members and $45 non-members (1 ticket admits two people)

Parking for Zen Space is around the back and you’ll see a little driveway to the right of the main carpark;  drive up there and take the first left to find the parking.

Zen Space is part of  the Lifestyle Centre, with Lifestyle Nursery and gift shop, Café Lagarto and more.

Meet your facilitator

Hi, I’m Cyena! I started participating in women’s sharing circles at 18yo when a university friend and I would gather to share poetry, meditate and share honestly with each other, always around a candle and with cups of tea. The circle slowly grew as we invited other women. Over the years, I have attended many other circles and gatherings. I love the sacred ritual of a women’s circle and the safe space to honestly, openly and deeply share with other women, even if you don’t know them. I’ve found that when women gather in sacred space, in the spirit of sisterhood, acknowledging the spiritual soul and strength within each other, it's a powerful and inspiring thing. Whether it’s a gathering of two or a gathering of 60, the intent always fulfils its purpose within a circle and I always leave feeling that my cup has been filled. I hope that you will join me in sacred space so that we can uplift each other.
